    • Duration: 1st semester, approx. 7 hours, including 30 min compulsory visit; 2nd semester, approx. 7 hours
    • Teaching methods: asynchronous distance learning, continuous assessment for UE7 and final assessment for UE4.

      • Semester 1: the pedagogical objective is to make effective use of documentary research tools.
        • Part 1: Introduction to documentary research tools
        • Part 2: presentation of documentary research tools 1
      • Semester 2: the teaching objective is to apply efficient research procedures on the main legal databases.
        • Part 1: presentation of documentary research tools 2
        • Part 2: discover and use the main legal databases

    • Target audience:
    • UE 7: Licence 2 Droit formation initiale, formation continue et enseignement à distance, Licence 2 Double licence Droit-Histoire de l'art et Droit-Economie gestion
    • Duration: 3rd semester, approx. 10 hrs. including 1h30 min. of face-to-face practical work; 4th semester, approx. 7 hrs.
    • Teaching methods: asynchronous distance learning, assessment by continuous assessment with the exception of final assessment for the double degree Law-Art History
    • Course content
      • Semester 3: the pedagogical objective is to build a documentary research strategy to optimize research.
        • Part 1: overview of the legal documentation available
        • Part 2: documentary research strategy
      • Semester 4: the pedagogical objective is to reactivate the knowledge acquired during the 3 semesters and to practice more independently
        • Part 1: applying acquired knowledge
        • Part 2: review of semesters 1 to 3
  • Reach autonomy: informational skills to prepare a dissertation or internship report

    • Target audience: Master 2
    • Duration : approx. 2 to 3 hours (depending on order)
    • Teaching methods : face-to-face, at the request of the department or course manager
    • Content :
      • Self-study course (general)
      • On site: overview of the documentary offer adapted to the field of law concerned, legal watch, management of research data (other subjects may be considered on request).
