Aix Marseille Université, in partnership with the "Oh les beaux jours!" Festival, offers writing workshops led by writer Marie Cosnay.
Marie Cosnay is an author and translator of ancient texts. She has published a series of fantasy-political novels with Editions de l'Ogre. In 2017, she translated Ovid's Les métamorphoses , a translation for which she won the Bernard-Hoepffner prize.
The theme of the writing workshops will be "The animal in us": "We will read texts that, from Ovid to Derrida, raise the question of the animal that I am, and of strangeness to oneself or to the world, and propose possible forms of writing". (Marie Cosnay).
5 workshops will take place in Marseille, from 6pm to 8pm, on registration:
- Monday March 2 in salle des Voûtes, campus Saint-Charles (Marseille)
- Monday March 9 in salle des Voûtes, campus Saint-Charles (Marseille)
- Wednesday March 18 in salle des Voûtes, campus Saint-Charles (Marseille)
- Monday March 23 in amphi Charve, campus Saint-Charles (Marseille)
- Thursday April 2 in salle des Voûtes, campus Saint-Charles (Marseille).
