From April 8 to 20, Fenouillères library is hosting a photography exhibition on the 2nd floor entitled "De l'air", by Lola Khalfa.
Besma Djemila Khalfa, known as Lola Khalfa, was born into a deeply rural, authoritarian Algeria in the midst of civil conflict. She grew up in a committed family, surrounded by a daily struggle for human rights. Inhabited by an indisputable documentary and social strength, she seeks to define identity: that of the individual or that of the nation. In this way, her native country becomes the cradle of her photographic and artistic quest.
