Through a short story by Dino Buzzati, newspaper articles reporting news stories, interviews with rural people from all over France, and excerpts from the work of ethnologist Jeanne Favret-Saada, actress Clara Lama Schmit takes us on a journey into the intimacy of homes in the Normandy bocage, but also into the hearts of those who still want and need to believe.
