Visual artist Morgane Hofner questions the experience of physicality, its intensity, and our state of consciousness in the face of these sensations. Her compositions, which draw on the medical world, seek to create a disturbing effect through the representation of unusual or decontextualized elements. "I would say in the first place that I tend towards the search for strangeness when creating an image, mainly through drawing and different printing techniques such as engraving, monotype or print.
