Obtaining access to adapted works
Aix-Marseille University libraries are participating in the PLATON program, which implements the disability exception to copyright applied to public libraries.
Although university-type documentation is still relatively under-represented on the platform, this exception enables its beneficiaries to access, via librarians, adapted versions of works when these have been deposited by authorized organizations on the PLATON platform hosted by the Bibliothèque nationale de France.
